What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I am going through some traumatic changes in my life at the moment and the only thing which is keeping me sane is doing my art and photography. When I take my camera or my paints I can forget all the troubles and fine some peace.
How would you describe your creative process?
Slow, for me art can not be created in a rush. I need to be in the right mood, I don’t mind people around, but I don’t necessary have to talk to them. Music is good, I drift inside the music and concentrate fully on what I am doing. I start, I can work for hours, I stop, put it to side and return later again, it takes time, sometimes weeks before I finish a piece.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I tried to put all my feelings and emotions into this piece. I know art helps to heal, gives me peace.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Art is therapy, it doesn’t matter if your a picasso or a doodler, just do what makes you happy !
