What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I am about to embark on a new adventure and I am looking for new ways to show up in the world.

How would you describe your creative process?

I began with my hands, I got the idea to paint directly onto my hands and use them to mark make on paper.
I then felt inspired to move and dance, and walked outside.
The tree was there just waiting to play!
I felt a deep connection to my inner child the whole time I was dancing, playing painting and expressing myself.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

The first insight was “The magic is in your hands” which it literally is as you create, but my thought was that this means we are the master manifester, we can create our dream life, we have everything we need to do this

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

I am feeling so inspired, I have been creating ever since the soul art workshop.
The genie is definitely out of the bottle at last!
