What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I participated last year and fell in love with the process.
How would you describe your creative process?
I let the process take me over. I journaled, made breakfast, journaled more. I came in with no preconception of what I might create and at one point thought maybe I just wasn’t into it this year. And then it came to me all at once. I body-mapped my throat and hands onto the canvas and started to paint.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
To create space for creativity, let the process flow, and follow my intuition.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
The intention I set was to show me the path to ecstatic movement, creativity and connection. My words were vulnerable, vivacious and embodied. I was surprised, startled, and intrigued by what came through. It looks like I’m being held, the piece feels wild.
