International Soul Art Day Gallery
Aiyanna Lesley Dixon
I am a visionary environmental artist creating large templates for the New Earth in the sand. from New Zealand

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I love Laura’s art rituals and the chance to create in a large group was exciting. I believe there is greater power in us creating together all over the world with the same purpose.
How would you describe your creative process?
On paper , I love to write words on first, my intention. On the sand I cast a circle and have symbols I draw to honour and give thanks to the land, the directions and the elements. On paper I love to tune in and work intuitively choosing colours. I really love symbols so they are always included in my work. The symbols I use are my own channeled over the years on the sand and through personal experiences. They all have a very powerful meaning to me.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
That my inner child is an integral part of any of my creations, bringing the joy and the magic.
I hadn’t painted my symbols and sacred geometry on my hands and feet like that before. It felt very powerful and grounding.
