What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I was seeking to be a greater contribution to myself, to my family, to my clients, to my students and to the whole world.
How would you describe your creative process?
I was very amazed at the process. When i looked at the book, i was at first overwhelmed. but then i went through the process with you and it was phenomenal. I am super grateful to you for providing this opportunity.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
When i did the soul art piece, i found flowers as collage, tissue paper that brought out the space, emptiness and when i finsihed the soul art piece, my heart literally stopped. there was so much energy in it and i just could not believe how beautiful it turned out. I realised that everything is within me. and when i do go into the stillness i create something outstanding.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
The body mapping i did was of my butt, as this is the one area that i judge it the most. i love my hands and they are healing hands, green gardening hands. i love my eyes because they see the beauty in everything. and i added my heart, to bring in the things i love. i did the small exercise and my words were art – and it came down to flowers, meditation – which came down to stillness, and space and the unknown to emptiness. The stream of consciousness that i received, was, In the stillness of me, i reach emptiness and then i allow myself to flower. which so beautiful and such a powerful message.
