What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I love being creative. I have years of shamanic and healing process work so this is close to my heart. So combining creativity and soulwork is brilliant I think, and letting this Soul Art journey makes me reveal more of my soul and what is in it’s way to be fully expressed.
How would you describe your creative process?
This year I hade not so much time so it was fast and I sat in my bed with paper and aquarelle pencils. Just tracking my body and this time it was my spine, neck and head that was calling for attention. So when I knew what part of my body I should work with, everything just followed with ease. I usually work with acrylic on canvas but this time it hade to be aquarelle.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I have to be more careful with myself and my body even if I love working. Not follow other’s flow and tempo. Slowing down and trust myself, my skills, my path and my inner guidens more. Even if I do that in many areas, there are still more.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Trust the process and let go. It is fun, instructive and gives you so much information from your soul.
