Artist and Soul Art Guide from Denmark

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I love these international art days where there’s so much creativity in the air. It’s always so much fun and it’s time that’s carved out for my creative process – sacred time!
How would you describe your creative process?
Fun and surprising – I experimented a lot and when I had a creative block I gave myself the space to relax and explore and play and that was pure art medicine.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
That it’s okay not to know what I’m doing and to remember to have fun – it doesn’t have to be so serious.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I love the piece I created and it inspired me to go and do more paintings like the one I created.
