What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I enjoy expressive art that comes from one’s soul. Ian I am inspired every year by participating.
How would you describe your creative process?
Creativity for me is like painting a story using the palette of frequency and vibration represented by colour, shape, pattern and symbols.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Clearing the tangled pathways of my childhood conditioning is essential to my spiritual wellbeing.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
This year I experienced patience and appreciated that I allowed myself intervals of passive reflection which I found enhanced my processes. Participating in the annual Soul Art Day recharges my creative batteries.
