Being inspired by the World from Indonesia

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
All these amazing artists around the World creating and collaborating into this International Soul Art Day event. Such a pleasure to be able to join.
How would you describe your creative process?
At present I am in a village in India, fallen sick and not being able to walk or even have the energy to do much for 3 weeks has been challenging.
My Intention is ‘I am able’ because I feel very not able. It’s like back to most basic survival, when every daily needs becomes a challenge.
I mapped out my toes and fingers, all as separated parts. This was how I felt about my body and situation I am in! separated, broken, in pieces. All random and strangely allocated.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Each finger, each toe, each part of my body has its own heartbeat, it’s own learning, it’s own ability and it’s own creation.
They are far from separation. In fact they are so together, connected. With their wide eye lashes open, they are watching out for eachother and for me. I need to trust in their unity.
And like the reminder of the page fold. It’s just a page in the book. It is just temporary till the page turn.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Soul Art is medicine! My body is able to express in her own language. Being able to have a conversation with my body, is the most beautiful healing medicine.
