What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
This soul art journey coincided with my husband’s first anniversary of his passing last year. I havent been painting or creating in this time so today seemed like a great way to rekindle my spirit I first did Soul Art with Laura in 2012 and have continued to participate most years I felt this was a great way for me to move forward with my new life
How would you describe your creative process?
This was heart-opening and a moving-forward process – I drew around my feet, moving forward, my left hand, as I discovered over the past year more self-care was needed, and my heart reinforcing my desire yo have love go viral. What I loved was that it just flowed and my heart led without the brain taking over
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
This is my Foundation of Love- Love Peace and Freedom being my words that came as I look at reinventing myself into my new life, new home and new look for my creative and spiritual business As my friend Steph would say, it’s my time to sparkle—and JUST DO IT! Remembering to rest along the way
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
The most important thing for me is to let something just be. I am submitting the art that flowed from this journey and for now that is complete. I was feeling that there was more and this was the underlayers. So I covered it and it became messy and I was reminded of the KISS message: I often in life make the simple too complex. The message here big time is simplicity Suzie as you move forward Thank you for a big lesson for me as I now have to simplify my life
