What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Last year I participated in Soul Art Day for the first time. I got so many valuable insights for my personal journey and my business. My creativity started to flow again and I felt deeply connected to the other participants. I wanted to experience this again this year and I did!
How would you describe your creative process?
I made 3 pieces that were very different and still connected to each other for me. It didn´t take long before everything started to flow and I allowed myself to play. This resulted in 3 pieces with creative materials I don´t use this much. I wanted to recycle and repurpose. So I used paper from magazines, plants I collected for a workshop I organised earlier that day and scraps of drawing paper. I even got up again during the night to finish my last piece because the creative energy was so high.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Enjoy, love and trust life again! Spoil yourself, travel and go on adventures.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
