The energy of the beYOUtiful commYOUnities that are the Soul Art School and Soul Art Community FB groups. The energy that lives here: “I am not alone. I am held. I am allowed to feel my feelings. I speak my truth.” Inspired me.
How would you describe your creative process?
I transmute, I express, I lead myself home.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I could feel co-regulation in my system and the creative vortex and field that is Soul Art Day. I learned that I don’t have to constantly regulate myself. I can lean into support. Into the frequency of: I am not alone.
