What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I saw it on FB and it just seemed to speak to me.
How would you describe your creative process?
I paint to communicate my thoughts and feelings to myself and others. I mainly use landscape and female body form as symbol and metaphor.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I loved the journal exercise it seemed to bring me exactly to where/what needed attention. The heart image came slowly and was a surprise to me in how much compassion it called for.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Even though I was working alone in my studio for the day ( with some interruptions) I loved the feeling of connection to others from all over the world.
