What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I saw the anouncement on FB…a more intuitive,spontaneous way of growing into the art work ..curious about the proces
How would you describe your creative process?
The questionary as introduction and involving the body parts gave me a clear frame from where I could freely start the creation..During the process I met all the critical voices in my head and it felt so good to send them away . Also I accepted eventually risks ( when chosing a form or color ..Would it be the right one.?.) as a start of something competely new and accepting the further evolutions..even if I didn’t like the product so wel…I was especially all about the process of acceptation…
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
When you create you are giving attention to this child waiting to show who she is and seen in her being….She choose the colors,the Shapes,the movement of your pensil. Her emotions are very present. The focus and observation to connect all the colors and forms as a complete work are the support of the adult part.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
What we created is a stimulation to continue the exploration of the next work whitout judgments but as an acceptance of what is. So it is just a beginning..
