What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I do it every year. This year I have lost both birth parents and my beloved husband Syd so was a great opportunity to express that.
How would you describe your creative process?
It has been a four day journey to paint my large oil painting. The process was very emotional but loved how easily it flowed.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
To keep moving forward one day at a time. Enjoy time in my garden and in nature. Sort and tidy my garage and studio which has felt overwhelming but the process really helped show me the way.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I really enjoy the process of doing the worksheets which leads me to creative therapy. Connection with people from all around the world is amazing and uplifting.
