Farrah Walton's Soul Art

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I knew when I saw a post about it that I needed to experience it. I have been getting back into my creative side as it helps keep me sane. Art is my therapy as I experience wonderful therapeutic benefits from the process of creating.

How would you describe your creative process?

Aside from the paint parties where I create something that the customer wants, I tend to just create what I feel. Sometimes I have no idea where it will take me but I let the paint strokes start flowing and try to trust the process.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I have realized that I have a lot of fears that have a tendency to hold me back from all the things that I could be experiencing. My intention of seeking abundance in a variety of areas in my life came to light from the journaling.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

It was an amazing experience. I was able to tap into a new level of creating and experiencing the process that I have never been able to do before. The journaling, creating alongside others, and awareness of things I have pushed further away from consciousness will help guide a whole new collection of work. I am very excited and deeply enjoyed Soul Art Day.
