What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
This year has been a really hard year for a lot of people, including myself. This art piece is about my soul journey to recover from workplace bullying and the healing, nurturing energy around us and nature we often take for granted in our busy lives. In this piece I celebrate and give gratitude to nature and colour up to help others on their healing journey. Lots of pink for unconditional love of self and acceptance of others in this piece.
How would you describe your creative process?
Intuitive art doodles incorporating water colours and oil pastels. Colour is extremely important and can transform moods and support discovery and self acceptance.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
That I am not alone. I have love all around me every day. All I have to do is reach out. I encourage everyone to connect and share their art. It’s beautiful. Thank you for inviting me to this amazing event.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
That anything is possible when we are patient and kind to ourselves and others.
