What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I was inspired to be a part of creating on a global scale. I knew that the energy of all of us together would intensify my own journey within as I was painting, as well as all the artists participating. I was curious and excited to discover what message my soul had for me.
How would you describe your creative process?
I am primarily an intuitive mixed-media artist. I always begin each canvas with a ritual of creating sacred space as I set a personal intention. I believe that the creative journey is also a spiritual journey. The process of creating various layers of words, colors, and images have the power to connect me to my highest self, and the energy that creates worlds.. I become a channel and allow that energy to come through me and onto the canvas. Often receiving healing and downloads to help me on my journey.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I want to make personal choices and take inspired actions that continue to encourage my joy, sense of connection to all that is, and physical and spiritual abundance and freedom.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
The most potent experience on my Soul Art Journey was the Bodymapping. Using my body as a framework for my art intensified that inner journey I take when I create. I connected on a deeper level with my physical and spiritual self.
