What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I wanted to find insight and clarity further into my Art Journey. I wanted to find the things that I had forgotten along the way. To find my true authentic self again with my creativity!
How would you describe your creative process?
I create Art with a child like spirit! I always have fun while creating Art. I use mixed media and I Love to play! Most of my Art is spontaneous but sometimes I plan it out in a sketch book.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
The insight I received from Soul Art is my true intentions of why I create Art. Being a part of something bigger to help others be free and have fun making art in my local community.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
This experience showed me many things about myself and my Art journey! I connected to my heart with my true authentic self. I found myself looking for my oil paints. Oil painting has always been an important role in my Art and I gave myself permission to dive in after the event and paint with my oils. I have not used them for almost a year.I found myself listening better to my Art! My original love and light energy came back and reminded me who I am as an Artist and helped me understand more about my Art journey!
