What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
This was my first time participating. I was inspired to join with others around the world to do this! I could feel the energy of the group and the group’s soul energy which was very powerful!
How would you describe your creative process?
I wrote my three words on my canvas – love – energy —spirit, then traced my hands as they are key to the energy work I I do and my artwork. From there I did a free flowing process expressing what I felt through by brush and the colors calling me.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
The importance of staying in a free flowing state and not allowing judgement or expectations to enter the process.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It was a good reminder that energy follows thought and my paintings will reflect those thoughts. Next time I will be more mindful of clearing distractions from the process.
