What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

To gain new experience and dig into my deeper soul. I also wanted to connect with new friends around the globe as well.

How would you describe your creative process?

I have few topics in mind at first. But as the session goes on, I found what my real topics are. Basically, I just let my soul speaks to me and later transfer it to my artwork.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I benefited a lot from the soul art day yesterday, thanks to Laura Hollick and team. Just discovered that I dream of having love, glory, contentment and insanity. Insanity is what I surprised about. Never thought of this element before, being buried by many other needs. . Love is about loving myself. The love from my parents, family, close friend and special friend. Self compassion is a must! Must improve this life essential skill. . Glory in term of becoming a successful artist that spread love and happiness through my art. Not only that, to give a decent and good life to my parents and family based on my art gain. It is a long journey ahead but will keep going slowly but surely. . Contentment with myself and life as a whole. Keep calm and steady no matter what life tests me. Try my best to control anxiety waves if any. Being content and calm is one of my goals. . Sanity is my aim as having bipolar is such a long roller-coaster ride for me. I hope to keep my symptoms under control and keep my sanity at the optimum level best that I could. . What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

The most important thing that I would like to share that sometimes we forget what our real self really want. Maybe due to our busy life, busy commitment, we spend less time connecting to our soul. It should not be right way, we must be aware of feelings, needs and wants that lies deep inside us. Dig it, acknowledge it and shine!
