What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Because it’s always so insightful to do it. I was called to it.
How would you describe your creative process?
Very intuitive. I started by setting my sacred space : candle, Tibetan bowl, stones and smudging stick. Then I listen to or guide a meditation. I normally already have received the intention beforehand
And then I let my intuition guide me with the colour choices, sometimes my hand draws shapes and symbols.
I often get words during my painting, so I write them on my journal or on the opposite page of I’m painting on my art journal. And I’m always surprised by the result.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
That I’m ready to take the next step, that I’m navigating Uncharted waters, and that I’m completely supported with this next step
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Trust yourself, the process, your intuition, the little cosmic breadcrumbs.
