What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I needed some community soul art time!
How would you describe your creative process?
I generally start with an idea, general form or feeling…..and then let the piece take me from there.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
It shifted how I think about being present and authentic in my life and in the world….it shifted how I think of heart strength and the idea of having a Heart warrior….bravery in allowing my heart to come out and see the world. I have the strength to allow it to unfold….
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
The group and the prompts were very inspiring.
