What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
An article I read about Laura Hollick and Soul Art Day in Soul & Spirit magazine back in 2018. Having been developing my own Spirtual Awareness and Energy Healing abilities, this year felt the right time for me to join in
How would you describe your creative process?
Initially quite prescriptive in a very supportive way with the journal prompts & energy door exercises. BUT thereafter I felt very liberated allowing myself to paint freely. Guided by the thought provoking journal prompts and my own inner wisdom/intuition I was able to tell my own story of the next steps on my Soul Path journey in this life

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Honoured and extremely grateful to have been part of an amazing collaboration, where I was held with nothing but unconditional love, acceptance & appreciation by all involved.
