What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Never did one before!
How would you describe your creative process?
I was very absorbed in it once I got started. I planned to go on and collage some parts but I was happy where I stopped so I let it be. Maybe collaging it will happen one day. Or not. It will let me know.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I remembered all the things I loved, the struggles of late and the things that brought me joy. Since a murder in the family a year ago I haven’t been able to remember anything that made me happy.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It helped me to come back toward my art again. Without doing art, I was not a whole person. I’d forgotten how much art is a part of my being.
