What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
How would you describe your creative process?
Very inward. At one point I wanted to leave it unfinished and then decided to face the fear of over painting, of over manifesting, of killing the aliveness. I decided to just paint until it felt the inner activity of the painting process felt done.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Both the extreme of too much chaos and too much form can feel overwhelming. The art is in finding the creative play between them…
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It’s what happens inside that’s the real work of art, and I how I then use that in my daily living with others, with the world and with myself.
