What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
In this phase of my life I’m too thoughtful and wondering what to do, where to move and such, and thought that this journey could help me (at least to enjoy days full of colors). Apart from that I really like the idea of it and the pictures I saw: colorful, powerful and lively and the fact that people from everywhere in the world do it and share it. I found it last year but back then decided not to do it, probably because I was too busy, but once I started to see the amount of pictures flowing on the Facebook group I changed my mind and took the decision of participating this year..
How would you describe your creative process?
My creative process is usually exciting, not constant, it flows well and at some point stops. Although I would love to share this Soul Art Day with other people it’s a very intimate process. It means connecting in a meditation-like way to my deeper self, the psyche and instincts as well. During this Soul Art Day it was less visionary and just full of colors and expression
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I probably had too many intentions, and because of that the insight was full of content.. But my main intention was about love and the second chakra as it is the driving force of creativity and life. The insight was about opening to the future as my body and soul are ready.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
The most important thing in my experience is that art can allow us to see the powerful energy inside us (that we sometimes forget) or to paint the different shades in our soul and try to grasp the mystery that we are and that we are becoming. Looking at the pictures of other people was also very exciting and an important part of the process as I could see how different we are and yet all similar in some way
