Susan's Soul Art

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

This is my 3rd year of Soul Art Day, and it is something I look forward to each year. Something inside of me always seems ready to take a step forwards. I had no idea what that step would be or what it may lead to, but sometimes I just have to follow the inner calling.

How would you describe your creative process?

My creative process on the Soul Art Day, was interrupted several times, but this didn’t seem to bother me at all – in fact, I felt it was part of the process. I allowed myself to relax into the process, and accept whatever arose internally and externally.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

In order to expand my life, I need to ‘express’ myself more – on all levels – creatively through art, vocally, in written form, how I dress, playfully, and how I interact with the world.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

I really enjoyed being part of something so large, even though the 12,000 or so participants, were all in different countries, and we were all connecting though the internet. I felt a sense of camaraderie and support for my process, and the fact we were all contributing to something positive and creative to share with the collective consciousness.
