Janet DeWoskin's Soul Art

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I am wanting to transition from being a freelance Instructional Designer to being a coach, helping people tap into their creativity to discern their next best direction in life, using several modalities. My friend told me about Soul Art Day and I thought it was perfect for where I am in my process. I used the experience to explore my intention, “Show me how to find my flow for the realization of what I want and need in life, and to drop into it to achieve abundance with ease.”

How would you describe your creative process?

As I typically do, I blended focused thought about my intention with free-flowing creative ideas for how to realize it, all the while being open to abandoning ideas and allowing everything to change and form new approaches to reach my goal.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

My heart and mind need to work together to find the flow necessary to achieve what I want and need with abundance and ease (in my Soul Art picture – hands on my heart and head, heart superimposed over my mind). My work toward this goal will flow mainly through and from my hands; through artistic endeavors and sharing energy through touch (in my Soul Art picture – arms and hands flow blue and green like water).

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

It was so easy! Everything just seemed to flow naturally and in perfect time with my own rhythm. Everything fell into place at just the right moments!
