What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
This is my 4th year participating in International Soul Art Day and I am completely in love with Laura’s creative process & the amazing Soul Art tribe!
How would you describe your creative process?
-Very much still evolving…I’m drawn to intuitive process and sacred symbolism in painting. I very much believe in creativity as a means of healing, wisdom and empowerment and the power of following the heart/intuition vs. the mind/left brain while creating.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
To allow my heart to lead more instead of relying so much on my often swirling mind!
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I’m coming out of a dark period of life tests and challenges…My 2017 Soul Art painting created a great sense of release and reconnection with hope & healing. A majestic bird came through in my Soul Art story which is represented by the wing and reminds me that I’m always guided & protected. It was flying over a lush jungle, represented by the vine, which reminds me that I’m continuing to grow and will eventually again thrive.
