What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Even if virtually, creating with so many other creative souls. Community.
How would you describe your creative process?
I allow the Muse/Source/Divine guide me. First I move my body through dance and use music while I create to keep the energy flowing and loosening up my stuck points. Dance is like a prayer, painting an expression of the message/art coming through.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I connected to stuck emotions. A ton of self worth stuff came up. Art is not practical, belief is beginning to dissolve.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I loved the process of using art and creative expression to gain an insight from my soul. It was an immersion in the experience that I usually do alone, having others to connect with, even if virtually, made this a richer process. I also loved the conversations with contributing artists.
