Brenda Nickolaus's Soul Art

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

My soul art journey is about learning to trust my intuition again and to find joy in life.

How would you describe your creative process?

My creative process is very loose and flowy. I love acrylic painting it is very forgiving and easy to work with. I tend to have an idea of what I’m going to paint but then one never knows…!

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

my insight for my Soul Art day is to connect more with my spirit side, looking for the light, keep moving forward with grace and ease, with the lightness of feathers and transformation

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

I’m sharing my soul art day painting and experience with you, in hopes you will find and trust your creative self. I hope you find inspiration and know the possibility to create your life. #soulartbodymapping. I found and hanged up all my body mapping images I have done in the past few years. Going through the process myself and guiding others, It was truly amazing to see them all together- my creative soul sisters…. as I prepared for this sacred time; all the supplies and canvas was laid out and It was a great day painting out on the back porch, listening to the rain and painting with a friend beside me. After she left I sat with my soul art body mapping guide and listened. Jotted down some truths that came through the drumming meditation and I wanted to share with you this sacred way of connecting creatively to your intuition. The message- “You are an infinite being full of light and joy. Walk in faith, you have all you need right now in you, spread your wings and fly into the new world” My Creative soul sisters, remember your light; let it be the spark for others. #soulartday2017. Just as in lighting a candle from one to another. In sharing a light to ignite another we do not loose ours…#Spirtsunday.
