What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I love how art accesses my true self and gives me my own permission to express myself.
How would you describe your creative process?
I love a blank sheet of paper. I love to be intentional and intuitive about letting what wants to be there appear in it’s own time and it’s own way. As I let go of any preconceived ideas, something unusual and unexpected always turns up.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
The insight I got from my art was to nourish myself deeply. Simple words, but touched my body, mind, heart and soul. This is the thing about the soul…it’s not complicated. Simple wisdom is more powerful than we can imagine.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
When I give my soul the opportunity to express itself through art, I open up a path for my inner wisdom to travel towards my outer world. It’s more than just painting a picture and it’s worth the time and effort.
