What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

For a long time I wanted pass on people that art is for everybody and everybody can be creative even if it doesn’t mean that we choose art as a profession. Being creative initially is part of being human. It always strucked me that so many people are lost and stuck when it comes to art. I’ve been experimenting this myself after 15 years of inactivity, mainly for lack of confidence. So this journey spirit go in the opposite direction and truly can help people going back to their own essential, the “truthful me” which I think is a fundamental step in life for all of us Nothing arrive for a random case.

How would you describe your creative process?

My ideas generally come from everything. I’ve always be mainly inspired by women. I connect with the emotions and very often create a “reaction” in my images Sometimes the result is pure fantasy, others it has his roots in everyday life Very often the initial idea builds up and the final result is quite different A journey every time with an unknown part I never did body mapping before but I’m getting curious about it

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

The main insight for me is : “Keep going through your path and keep trusting yourself even when it gets uncomfortable” (for instance when I feel lonely, desperate or like I’m struggling…) The hands which I used for the body mapping part are of course linked to the creation of paintings and my own life Even if it’s not always completely clear the “HOW” this painting reminded me that the “WHY” is definitely there and it’s already a big thing This also gave birth to all the colors parts on my hands ‘path and the red flowers “distractions”

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

I truly believe that we are here to find our path and purpose in life. Art is a privileged canal to find it and connect (or re-connect) to our self Everybody can have an access to it and this should be normalize
