What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
The love of my life passed away. Our story ended and he got his wings before I was ready to say good-bye. I wanted to express the inside of me.
How would you describe your creative process?
I had feathers and Angels and broken love in my mind so put together the image of myself and my husband in our love story. I used whatever I found in our home. Got the canvas from the lady we are renting from and had paint, crack sealer, glitter, pair of lashes, some nice quotes and my little girl as a human stencil, and some odds lying around to start my journey. The colors came from inside.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
From the loss of my hubby (Chris an angel in life when he was alive) I have had feathers everywhere in my home, car and around me and have been feeling something beautiful every now and then out of the blue, this made me feel that i’m never alone and that the beauty we lived is forever there….. even in two worlds for me to still love.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
That it does not matter how broken you are, or how the world judges you from the one chapter they saw, if you have love as glue, you can rebuild yourself and your life with the beauty you have within and all the amazing memories your sheared that no one can take away from you.
