What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
The momentume of Soul Art Day was irrisistable!
Realized it was time to take a break from the fabric cutting table & the dye pots
& to let the brush & the paints play & explore in freedom of expression.
My broad colorful strokes had to be let free to fly!
After sitting for so long my painting arm had to warm up & the paints had to be pryed open to gift the paper with their imprint.
How would you describe your creative process?
The Day was off to a rarified start as I ignored all phone calls, Emails, & requests.
By staying in the Zone that day became more & More sacred feeling.
I brought out my long unused brushes & gouache & sparkles & reenergized them.
Then proceeded in a fast flow of painting to kkep up with the momentum od discobery pulsing through me & out my fingers.
All hinging on staying out of the Head & in the Hearty & releasing any niggly judgement.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Felt welcomed back into the world of flow & color & free form expression.
Feel I re- entered the formerly loved almost forgotten paper paradise of
drawing & painting & giving expression in the moment with mind barriers dissolved.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Just do it! Abandom all judgement. You & Your exprrssion are perfect in each moment.
