What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I have always been a keen lover of expressing myself through art. A few health related issues have been with me for the past year so I thought this an opportune time for discovering what the Soul Art journey would uncover within me. I intend to heal myself Now.
How would you describe your creative process?
The creative process with the Soul Art journey could be described at first as “unsure”. However, with your valuable and insightful prompts the juices soon started flowing effortlessly. I was so excited to use the mediums of collage and watercolors once again.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Soul Art has reminded me that I can be anything I want to be. I can do anything I want to do. Doubt has no place in my life.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
This Soul Art experience has made me re-member…. my true essence. Art as self expression is a valuable tool that everyone should use to discover what lies deep within for ones own self healing. Finding Balance in the Present as I Flourish from the Inside Out.
