What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I was invited by Whitney Freya. I’m part of her creatively fit program. I saw the soul art day video and signed up.
How would you describe your creative process?
It was a new process for me to experience creating art in this structured way. But it brought about deep healing moments and realisations that I needed to face and accept at this time in my life.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
That I am not my body. I am a soul with a body. That my earthly limitations are not forever. That I am a free being made of star dust, and that I am a child of the Universe.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
We must give ourselves permission to shine. Stop playing small and start to believe in ourselves. We constantly look for approval and guidance from outside of ourselves… when all that we need is already within us all!
