Edith Perez's Soul Art

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

Since I signed up for the next Soul Art Course I get the newsletters. I thought it is a fantastic moment to get all my intuition on the canvas that day. I prepared with excitement and expectation to start early and finish the piece on the same day. My paintings can get very detailed but I managed to finish it in 10 hours.

How would you describe your creative process?

I bought a decent size canvas and meditated early that day to have my intuition cleared and connect with my heart. I started by drawing very basic lines in the center and then the rainbow or chakra colors came up in me. That was enough to fill my palet with all the clear and bright colors to produce the chakra colors. I prepared the canvas with white acrylic and then went wild with the colors. The face at the heart chakra color green represent my higher self a my heart level in a zero point moment. Through this painting I now know the colors of the chakras by heart.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

When I was finished witht the painting I felt that it was a journey to learn and get familiar with the chakra colors but also the feeling and emotion each color reflect in me. It felt like a total chakra cleansing and balancing. The name of the artwork is also : Chakras Balancing.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

Through this soul art I balanced my chakras through art. I did not eat while painting during this 10 hours approx, fact is it felt like a deep meditating state in which time was not relevant.
