What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
The honor and opportunity to share the creative energy that is being transmitted on a set date. The community is amazing and painting flows so effortlessly. Huge growing opportunities available on so many levels.
How would you describe your creative process?
The beginning is always a challenge for me. I started with picking 3 colors that I was in the mood for. (Blue symbolizes expression and communication for me) For this painting I wrote: Love*Forgiveness*Acceptance*Let Go then put the colors on lightly with water and allow the drips and smudges to form. While that dried I sat back and watch what image wanted to appear. The trick to keep my controlling mind out was another challenge but so rewarding. The online sharing was at the perfect time for me to break and incorporate more.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I learned so much about myself and knowing we all have a energy and vibration that needs to be shared with this complicated world. We are all unique and have a seed of inspiration that we each can gift and birth into this world. It’s our job to find, love and bring it to life. So very grateful to Laura and this Soul Art Day!
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
My experience was so amazing. The feeling of energy of this community vibrated through every cell in my body. Hearing the prayers, music and insperation is what I needed. To just let go of my everyday life and express, play and create in a different reality. Even though I wasn’t physically in the presence of everyone creating. Energetically I was connected and blessed to be a part of the flow.
