What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I participated in Soul Art journey 2 years ago and was very excited to experience the journey again. I love the energy of the shared group and that Laura Hollick brings to this day. It is amazing the things you can experience and discover about yourself when you go through a soul art journey.
How would you describe your creative process?
I find that creativity is a practice of opening up to your intuition, your inner child, and to a new way of seeing and taking in what is around you in the world. I approach journeys like soul art with my mind as open as possible. I play with paint until I start to see things in the color and shapes and go with what I am seeing there.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
My Soul Art gave me a lot of insight into the experience I have been having in my life. I have been getting a message about metamorphosis and transformation lately and I can see it in my soul art. The pieces I created tell a story of waiting out a storm but finally being inspired and knowing it is time to spread my wings and embracing my powerful fire from within.
