What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
My friend Valarie was talking about it about I’ve been needing some direction in my life so I thought I’d do it. It was wonderful.
How would you describe your creative process?
As soon as I know I’m starting a painting or a project I immediately start I get ideas. From there I usually will sketch out what I am thinking or more recently I just go for it and let my brushes take me away.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I feel that I learned there is so much more than just me and yet I hold a whole universe inside me waiting to be explored. I need to explore that universe.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Don’t be afraid. Fear holds me back too often and with this piece I decided to not give in.
