What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Painting has become a form of therapy for me. This photo came from a story told to me by a friend from his childhood. He and his brother were in their bedroom when he was three or four. It was just before Christmas and they started a fire. His Mother braved the flames and rescued them all while carrying a garden hose to try to extinguish the flames. The home and all the Christmas gifts were lost! However, his Mom was his hero!!!
How would you describe your creative process?
Therapeutic.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
It has given me a source of release and calm. Also a huge sense of pride when I see the end result
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
You never know what is “brewing” inside of you. I had been told “ah, you are artistic” long before I found this gift. It has been a huge blessing in my life!
