What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
the fact that i love art! and as somebody who loves coaching and works with humanitarian areas, i have always felt the desire to connect the two, as a form of art therapy. But for myself i did it because it felt RIGHT and i felt there was something blocking my creativity from really flowing freely as i desired.
How would you describe your creative process?
It was so freeing and beautiful, at first it was hard but then after dancing out my fear, i just played with it and felt the flow, everything became playful and free flowing, as though the paints were dancing with me.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Play with it and be free, that femininity creates beauty, flow comes through play. Everything is already within.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
That you can not destroy anything more than your previous thought. There is no destruction, just more creativity. What is naturally you creates beauty, play.
