Beth Rollison's Soul Art

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I wanted to reconnect my creative process and my soul … And I wanted to use this as a tool to help me experience more joy in my daily life which has been tough since becoming a mother.

How would you describe your creative process?

It tends to change based on what inspires me to create and what I am desiring more of for balance in my being. Sometimes I like to be free and wild and fast and others I like to be more directing and detailed and meditative. I like to react to what is there and how I feel about it … Many times I like to clean or pretty things up (when I knowingly or unknowingly have an agenda for my creation)

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

My environment very much influences my energy, mood and happiness and to ‘cut the strings’ controlling my hands in creation (aka what others think) and instead to create freely, do what brings me joy and create with no agenda!

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

This is how I’m meant to create and how I’m meant to connect with my spirit, my truth, my guides. This has, maybe for the first time consciously, allowed me to create authentically … And to create just for me, but knowing that doing this serves all.
