What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I have been on this journey since it began… and I love to be inspired in community
How would you describe your creative process?
I am strongly an auditory learner… so I talk to myself a lot!….. and through sound I see solutions. I am largely a solutions based thinker, hence the interior design degree and theatre work…..
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Interestingly I did two pieces and once completed I could see a distinct connection between them…. but early on in the exploration stage I had a clear message to “move forward wherever you can right now …. Do not wait for perfect timing and conditions” My finished pieces both point towards the inner wisdom I hold within and the need to be open to sharing without holding back.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Dive in…. this isn’t really a piece of art as much as a process of self exploration and the expression of creativity.
