What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I loved participating the previous years, so I wanted to join this year as well.
How would you describe your creative process?
My process for creating this painting was to outline my left knee and my hands, cover with gel medium and paper napkins, let that dry then bring out the watercolors and stop thinking 🙂
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
One of the insights I’ve had so far (I’m sure there will be more) was that I need to spend more time in Nature. I have it right outside my door, and I shouldn’t let my pain stop me from experiencing it.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Trust that it will come out right. Right for what you need at that moment.
