What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I had taken a break from my visual journaling practice, and Soul Art Day inspired me to get back in the studio!
How would you describe your creative process?
My work combines painting, collage, hand lettering, drawing and self reflection. I move back and forth between mediums, messages emerge and imagery solidifies. This is how I know a piece is complete.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
This piece is all about embracing our magic and letting ourselves sparkle and shine like stars. Working us this way allows messages to rise to the surface as reminders to live by.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It is so easy to have specific ideas and images in mind when a piece is started, but the most natural work comes from surrender, patience, and allowing the piece to become what it needs too.
