What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I LOVE being creative and joining Soul Art Day; I love to play!
How would you describe your creative process?
Play, play, play… I had so much fun and felt that it was very freeing to step out of the box (and move all over the paper during bodymapping). I freed my inner wild cat. That’s why I painted a FUN hat on my head; I felt like being a Super Cat and empowered myself in the process.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Life is meant to be playful! That’s why I invite the guests at Home Heart Hawaii (retreat center) to smile and play with me. When I look at the world, I see that humans sometimes take life a little too serious and they should take it more ‘Sirius~ly’. As in; from Sirius, where the dolphins come from… Never forget your inner Dolphin Smile!
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
When we have fun, life flows more easily. If you feel stuck; smile and take a moment to do something playful, you will soon have a different perspective on things and find solutions beyond what you could have imagined without wearing your FUN hat.
