What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

Since I am a certified Soul Art Guide I know first hand the amazing depth of self understanding and growth that comes from taking a Soul Art journey. I felt a deep calling to explore layers of my own self love and worth that have not yet been explored and I knew that the vortex of energy that Laura creates during Soul Art Day would be the perfect time!

How would you describe your creative process?

My creative process is completely intuitive. I listen and pant what comes up for me. I am led to a color, a feeling, an object, a shape. As long as I keep listening and honoring what I hear and feel, I continue to gain direction.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I received so much from this Soul Art! I learned how important it is to welcome, accept and love the whole spectrum of myself: sadness to joy, frustration to peace, anger to ecstasy. To not just give up in the times of struggle, not to edit myself by hiding that struggle but to consciously and mindfully feel it, let it wash through me and speak loving kindness to myself in those times. The things that will assist me in this are allowing myself to do the things I love, including more movement, more creative time, more outside time.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

I feel that it is soo important to honor everything that comes up, to not dismiss anything as unimportant. Some of the small details spoke to me in profound ways.
